Coffee Hour January 26th - today!

Hey, all you Class of 71 people, our monthly coffee hour is today, from 5ish to 7ish at Common Ground on the Pease Road in Burlington. We always have it on the "last" Tuesday of the month, whether that falls on the 4th or 5th Tuesday. Come on over and sit around the big table for coffee and conversation and great lattes! You never know who will show up...

Will Nancy Handy Scott be there tonight? I don't know - it's her birthday today!

Sedro-Woolley City Hall

If you haven't visited Sedro-Woolley for a while, you may not realize that we built a beautiful new "city hall" on north Metcalf Street (due north of downtown). As a municipal center, it houses the police department, fire department, courts, and city administrative functions. It's near the old ball park where we used to have the carnival at Loggerodeo time.

The old city hall on Murdock, across from the museum, has been purchased by Janicki Industries for future use. They have strong community ties and will use the old building to its best advantage.
